Clients – February 2026

| As we wrap up another Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, I want to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support. 2026 AEP was a tremendous success — with over 13% growth in new clients. The majority of that growth came from referrals. I’m incredibly grateful for the confidence placed in me to help friends and family navigate Medicare. Note, please be sure you’re sharing my current contact information listed at the bottom of this email. Your introductions mean everything to my business — so truly, thank you. This Month’s Highlights 📅 Key Date Reminder Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MA OEP) ends March 31st. * This is a one-time opportunity for those enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan to make a change if needed. This is especially important if you had to switch plans this year due to a plan termination * If your new plan isn’t working as expected – let’s talk about your options before the deadline ✈️ Traveling Outside the U.S.? Consider Travel Insurance If you’re planning travel outside the United States, it’s important to know that most Medicare plans only cover emergency services abroad — and even then, with limitations. That’s why I strongly recommend considering travel insurance for international trips. Coverage is typically very affordable and can provide peace of mind for: * Emergency medical care * Hospital stays * Medical evacuation * Trip interruptions Two options clients have recently explored include: * Allianz Travel Insurance * Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions 🔑 Jenell’s Key Tip of the Month Here’s an important planning tip many people overlook. Authorize someone you trust to speak to Medicare on your behalf. If you ever become unable to speak to Medicare yourself — whether temporarily or long-term — Medicare will not release your personal health information to a spouse or family member without written permission on file. To avoid delays or frustration, you can complete Medicare’s Authorization to Disclose Personal Health Information Release Form. This form allows you to designate an authorized representative (such as a spouse, adult child, or trusted family member) who can: * Speak to Medicare on your behalf * Ask coverage or claims questions * Help resolve billing or enrollment issues It’s a simple step that can make a big difference during times when support is needed most. Click here for the form and instructions on how to complete and submit to Medicare. ⭐ Reviews Help My Business Grow Referrals aren’t the only way you support my business — your reviews make a huge difference as well. If you’ve been happy with my service, I would truly appreciate you taking a few minutes to leave a review using the link at the bottom of this email. It’s quick, easy and helps others feel confident when choosing a Medicare resource they can trust. Thank you again for your trust, your referrals and the opportunity to serve as your Medicare resource.
